Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Charges are processed by the platform used at purchase. Taxes may apply.
Manage or Cancel
- Apple (iOS): Manage Subscriptions · Help: Apple Billing
- Google Play (Android): Manage Subscriptions · Help: Google Play Refunds
- Web/Stripe (if applicable): Use the in‑app “Manage Billing” link (Stripe Portal) or email support@whereismybartender.com.
Restore Purchases
- iOS: Profile → Settings → Billing → Restore Purchases.
- Android: Ensure the same Google account; Profile → Settings → Billing → Restore (if needed).
Refunds
- Apple: support.apple.com/billing
- Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay
- Web/Stripe: Email support@whereismybartender.com.
Billing Support
Email support@whereismybartender.com with subject “Billing Support”. Include your platform (Apple/Google/Web) and the email used on your account.
