Delete Account & Data

Effective date: September 18, 2025

Overview

You can delete your Where Is My Bartender account and associated personal data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

When you confirm, we queue your account and personal data for deletion. Certain records required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance may be retained as permitted by law.

Can’t access the app? Request deletion via email

Email privacy@whereismybartender.com from the email on your account with the subject “Delete My Account”. We may request limited information to verify ownership. Once verified, we will delete the account and personal data and send a confirmation.

What gets deleted

• Account/profile data and authentication identifiers
• Posted content (shifts, profile image, text), where feasible
• Device/usage logs after security/legal retention periods
