Subscription Terms
Effective date: September 18, 2025
Plans & Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Charges are processed by the platform you purchased through (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or web processor if applicable). Taxes may apply.
Trials & Promotions
If offered, trial periods convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
Cancellations
- Manage/cancel in the same channel where you subscribed.
- Apple (iOS): Manage Subscriptions · Help: Apple Billing
- Google Play (Android): Manage Subscriptions · Help: Google Play Refunds
- Web/Stripe (if applicable): Use the in‑app “Manage Billing” (Stripe Portal) or email support@whereismybartender.com.
Restore Purchases
- iOS: In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Billing → Restore Purchases.
- Android: Use the same Google account; app syncs automatically. If not, Profile → Settings → Billing → Restore.
Refunds
- Apple: Requests handled by Apple — see support.apple.com/billing.
- Google Play: Requests handled by Google — see Google Play refunds.
- Web/Stripe: Email support@whereismybartender.com with your receipt.
Pricing & Changes
We may change plan features or pricing. Changes apply at the next renewal with notice where required.
